Thrive
Our events and activities are designed to be a safe and supportive space where people can network, learn from each other, and build relationships.
Why is professional networking important in the jewellery industry?
Professional networking fosters the trust and relationships that exist between people in a community. It is essential for the smooth functioning of any industry, but it is especially important in the jewellery industry. This is because the jewellery industry is a complex and fragmented industry, with many different players involved. In order for the industry to function effectively, these players need to be able to trust each other and to build relationships.
What Our Community Says
"It helped me in gaining more contacts & making me come out of my comfort zone to network."
Lenique Louis, Jewellery Designer, CEO & Founder
“A fantastic opportunity to meet new connections in the industry and also catch up with some old friends. The cross-section of people was excellent…this community is important and needs to grow together.”
Stuart Pool, Ethical Gemstone Specialist, Nineteen48
"The diversity & the relaxed friendly nature of the event which made it very welcoming & inclusive."
Charlotte Cornelius, Jewellery Designer, CEO & Founder
“This is so important for our industry, often we work in different parts of the industry in different areas, and without a concentrated event like this, we wouldn’t have the opportunities to strengthen our relationships.”
Helen Molesworth, V&A Curator of Jewellery
